In AREIC, we believe that part of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision means that the real estate industry plays a crucial role in driving economic growth, attracting foreign investment, and enhancing the quality of life for citizens. Over the past 17 years, AREIC has redefined the dynamics of property development, by using the diversity in our real estate portfolio (Retail, Hotels, High-rise buildings, shopping malls, and industrial complexes) to add more experience for us and to hedge AREIC against market variables.
